I know from a lot of you (and my own experience) that one of the hardest things about being a leader who wants to build a better world is that it can be LONELY!
That's why I've created a safe space where kind leaders can confidentially challenge ourselves and others as we build a better world.
However, I know the other thing educational leaders are short of is TIME! We need a supportive community of advisors and peers, but it needs to be efficient.
Enter the Kind Leadership Guild.
If you're a leader who could use a supportive, objective advisor and community of fellow leaders to help you build a better world without burning out, here's how it works:
1. For $50, you can book a 1 hour trial conversation with me about a leadership challenge you're struggling with. it can be a situation with a team member, political drama, a tough budget decision, a big project that's overwhelming you-- you name it. I'll listen, I'll help you clarify said problem, and we'll start sketching out a potential solution for you to implement.
2. If you find that helpful, you can have me on retainer for $200 a month. That would include unlimited support via text, as well as a monthly 1 hour check-in call. You know that imaginary colleague you've always wanted? The one who is not your boss or even a potential rival? The one who will listen and give you smart advice, honest support, and even the occasional kick in the butt when called for? That's what I needed in my darkest moments as a leader, and that's who I want to be for you.
(and yes, I just told you the price of this thing without making you scroll through 10,000 words of sales copy, click through 2 more sales pages, and give me your email address and right pinkie. Like I said, this is the KIND Leadership Guild)
3. If, say, 5 of you are crazy enough to give this a whirl with me. we'll figure out some sort of group chat or message board thing. (it is called the Kind Leadership GUILD, after all, and Lord knows I don't have all the answers--just too many degrees, 13 years of higher ed leadership experience and some battle scars). That way you will have a secure, confidential space available 24/7 to bounce stuff off each other. Probably no courses or scheduled group zooms for now--the last iterations of the Guild taught me the kind of leader who needs this is way too busy for yet another meeting or a bunch of "stuff".
4. The Guild will run for as long as it is financially, emotionally, and energetically sustainable for me and enough leaders to be worth our mutual whiles.
